1. Who we are

StackedCV.com is an online AI CV rewriting service. Contact us at hello@stackedcv.com.

2. What data we collect

• CV content: Used solely to generate your rewrite. Not retained after results are delivered.
• Payment data: Processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• Email address: Only if you contact us directly.

3. How we use your data

• To generate your rewritten CV, cover letter, and/or LinkedIn summary.
• To process payment via Stripe.
• We do not sell your data. We do not use your CV to train AI models.

4. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data. Contact hello@stackedcv.com or lodge a complaint with the ICO at ico.org.uk.

5. Third-party services

• Stripe — payment processing
• Anthropic — AI text generation via API. Not used to train their models.

By using StackedCV.com you agree to these terms.

1. The service

StackedCV.com uses AI to rewrite your CV tailored to a specific job advert. Higher-tier packages include a cover letter and LinkedIn summary.

2. Payment

• Prices in GBP inclusive of taxes.
• Processed securely by Stripe.
• Payment taken in full before results are generated.

3. Refunds

Not satisfied? Email hello@stackedcv.com within 24 hours for a free redo. If still unsatisfied we will issue a full refund. Requests after 48 hours will not be accepted.

4. Limitations

• We only use experience you actually have — we never invent qualifications.
• We cannot guarantee a job offer or interview.
• You are responsible for reviewing output before submitting to employers.

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Cookie policy

We use browser session storage to temporarily hold your CV text during Stripe payment redirect. This clears when you close your tab. Stripe sets cookies for fraud prevention during payment.
